@Skyman I was not aware of those special provisions. As far as the 60 days is concerned, following is a quote from the document that I am linking below. But this might or might not apply to your case. I am not sure.

Yes, I guess we couldn't do the 693 more than 2 months before applying for the AOS but our AOS has been in since September so no problem doing the 693 now.

The Lawfully app has no prediction for AOS completion but does have a range for the I-130. Is that the same for everyone or did I put something in wrong?

Looks like we're both in Philly! Got my biometrics notice too, it's scheduled for 2/18 (a day after you). I would be so grateful if you could tell me what to expect!! Thank you

I have a prediction for each case, too. Maybe you can clear your info and re-enter? Not sure if that’d help but maybe worth a shot!

I also see predictions in the Lawfully app for all my cases. Having said that, I do not pay too much attention to it. I believe when I entered my case in Lawfully, it asked just for my receipt #. I think it never asked for my USCIS field office. I think the way the app works is it scrapes the information from the USCIS case tracker website that gives you the current status for a receipt #. So Lawfully probably does it prediction based on what the average wait time for a form currently is. But due to difference in case loads and disruption and closure caused due to pandemic, different USCIS field offices are working at different pace and a global prediction will probably have huge variability from one field office to another.

Just a PSA, forthe  I-131 form, the receipt date for case inquiry is now September 14th. I just put in a case inquiry as my PD is before that. I do not know if this will result in anything or not. But I figured there is no harm in putting in a case inquiry.

I changed the processing center to the generic NBC and got a prediction of 93% before May 9th? Hope this is true but haven't even seen a biometrics appointment notice.

Yeah, I don't put too much stock into their predictions, either. Especially under the current circumstances!
