NVC accepted my DOCS last MAY 2020

Hi friends NVC accepted all of my documents last may 2020 cause its been 4 months and still no update. do i need to call them to get an update or should i just wait for them to email me? Thank you!

Yes, call them. Another couple here had the same issue and called them after months of waiting. They were told their case was overlooked and would be addressed. They were DQ'd 2hrs later.

Something good to know is NVC doesn’t always answer the phone. Sometimes the message plays and then it hangs up and you can’t wait on hold. Other times the message is set to allow you to wait on hold: i was on Hold over 50 minutes before I got a person so be ready to wait. Good luck!

Thank you! I actually got through before twice after calling them over 50 times and about an hour hold lol. Thank you Ms Ann.

Awesome! The NVC rep was very nice once I got through. Fortunately I’m working from home right now so I was able to out my cell on speaker and keep working. Yes, tell us what they said.
