HELP! USCIS delivered my husband GC to wring address though they had an address in file

My husband green card was delivered to the wrong address though they had our update address in file weeks before we moved and still delivered it to the wrong address. I am pissed bc they want us to fill out the I-90 and said it could take 8-11 months but it was their error. Has anyone had this happened before and what did you all do?

Funny enough I was just drafting my letter to one of my senators. I am so disappointed

It happened to me too. Call USCIS and ask for the tracking number. Call USPS and ask them to keep the mail in their office and you can go pick it up from there

Here is the kicker. USPS also had our new address in file for five weeks before the move and this was three weeks before uscis gave us the notification and I promptly changed the address for USCIS. Regardless of a change of address and forward notice on file for five weeks  USPS still delivered this mail. So many things went wrong. Of course, no one can find this piece of mail now. I am more upset USCIS sent to the wrong address.
