Can the Immigrant Visa Applicant's DS260 & supporting documents be submitted first & the Confirmation page be printed AND the Petitioner's Affidavit of Support (AOS) I-864 & supporting documents be submitted at a later date ? And is the Final Submission done when both are complete ?  The NVC then  reviews them  together before  Documetarily Qaualified status ?

The order of submission doesn't matter.  No DQ until submissions are complete and all reviewed.  The don't necessarily wait until everything is there to review anything though.

Thank you kindly. Understood that DQ will not issued until both The Petitoner's Requirements & The Visa Applicant's Requirements are submitted & accepted by NVC. The order in which they are submitted or a gap in the submission of the 2 is not relevant.

Could you please clarify your last sentence for me

you can submit the DS-260 and the supporting documents later, but the NVC won't review your case until you upload the AOS and IV civil documents. The NVC will inform you for the DQ when they accepted all the necessary documents (DS-260, AOS & IV documents).

Thank you for your response. Actually I wish to submit the Petitioner's  AOS related requirements LATER . The DS 260 requirements are almost done & can be submitted FIRST .Am i to understand that  the gap in submission or order of submission is not relevant.

It means they will review whatever the review, whenever they review it.  They often review as submitted.

Not relevant except for the obvious delay.

Great...Ok Thanks... They may review as received but Final DQ will be issued upon completion & acceptance of all requirements by both Applicant & Petitioner.
