Did you call and or email the US Embassy yet?

They claim they are doing them, But I keep reading on the US Embassy Manila Facebook website that many people are reporting they are not letting them.

I tried calling them but just automated message. That's what  I read in the website that expiring medical exam is qualified for expedite appointment but im in doubt if they are really doing it. I will keep trying to call embassy.
