My naturalization process completion time was supposed to be August 2020 San Jose CA, field office,  My interview sceduled on April 15, descheduled April 1 . On July 31 my estimated completion time vanished from my acount, till now now estimated time shown. I don't know whether they forget about me or what? I lost hope and trust in USCIS and now I am very disappointed.

A thing called Covid happened and furthered delays. Processing for San Jose is currently 11 to 25 months. I doubt you were forgotten but just part of the masses that are still waiting.

San Francisco field office is much faster in processing than San Jose.

You should call USCIS, and ask, every one else in this situation does.
