Good afternoon people, please do you know how long it takes from vawa approval till interview. I know it depends on the processing time. My field office is Orlando florida. Is anyone for Orlando. My vawa was approved in June 2020. I am loosing patient. It says 11mont to 30months on processing time .thank you

The wait is so long I am in Connecticut and my Vawa was approved from June 2019 and i485 transfered on the same day it is now  Oct 2020 and no interview. , I contacted my congress person only to hear I am in queue for interview. ..and that was from Jan 2020..Today I checked USCIS for Hartford and their are processing AOS for May 2019 so I am not sure if when they reach June 2019 I  will get an interview ..😒😒😥😥

My VAWA RFE was received in July 2020.

How long does it take to get update🙁

Filed VAWA petition DEC 2018

No PF since then, however EAD was renewed.

Can any one from DEc 2018 share time line please?

How long does it take RFE to get into mailbox after online update.  It's almost a week now, am still waiting for it.

Getting ready for my initial interview on Monday (the marriage-based) to tell them I'm switching the petition. My attorney said to just handle them my filed I-360 package. I'm thinking... Should I also bring my tax returns (I didn't submit them in my vawa)? Since we all were talking about tax returns in here haha

Your i-360 package belongs in Vermont! Returns should be after your vawa is approved and you're attending your green card interview(except it's the one from you and your spouse to prove bona fide marriage)..that's what the discussions have centered on.😊👍
