All these RFEs is making me think about my own application . I just clocked one year on my application and should hear something sometime next year . It’s giving me sleepless nights and I go back everyday reading my personal affidavits . I am mentally tired and I need a break from all these immigration process . I’ve been in this process since 2017 and am mentally tired . Sometimes, I want to do something for myself career wise, but thinking about my VAWA just makes me take a pause . 
 

I am tired 😓 and may we all be approved and make our lives better .

Certainly a long time, but try to consider that every day = one step closer to approval.

Do not allow this journey to hold your life! Though I fully relate because everytime I read something here, I goto my account to see if there's been any update. I am May 2019 and I believe between now and December I should hear something. However summer this year I made one of the biggest decision in my life to go back to school after being depressed and suicidal throughout last year! I can tell you it was the best decision of my life! I'm doing nursing and it has helped me to put all that I have experienced at the very bottom including this vawa journey. It has also helped me to finally put an end to the roller coaster journey with my husband! He contacted me sometime ago, was about starting his emotional blackmail, and I eventually blocked his xxx off - something I could not do all these while. So dear get busy, enhance your future by doing something towards it today. When USCIS remembers us, we will remember them then!

 

And by the way i was approved for fafsa, 14k! So use your prima facie and get educated!

@DeserteagleWhen did you submit your vawa ,I can see that you said you’ve been on the whole immigration thing since 2017,well I can relate to that ,see no matter how life can be so hard and hard ,if you think deep very well you will see that there would still always be a way out and avenue to thank God ..so Dnt be bothered about all what you are facing from the hands of all those cheap local immigration officers 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 that’s what those mean cheap local immigration officers 🤣🤣 want you to face by getting mentally tired and not be able to think straight..they want people to live in bad state of mind ..you know when your mind is somewhere you can’t think straight and that’s what they want ..even when they know that your case is deemed for approval ,most of those wicked officers would delay someone’s case ..but Dnt worry they also dnt have a perfect life 🤣🤣🤣,they are facing one thing or the other in their lives ..just dnt feel bad ..just keep pushing hard and take off your mind away from the whole vawa process ...just concentrate on your life and do not ,i day do not let that vawa delay hold you down from chasing your dreams and do not depend your life on the vawa ..I swear to God this is how I think ..even when my wife was abusing me and telling me she will deport me ,then I didn’t even know about vawa I thought that’s the end ,but whenever I go to my lawyers office,no matter we talk I still always crack myself up at his office ,my lawyer will be like you are not even serious with your life ,I told my lawyer that I will never feel so bad bad for what I didn’t cause upon myself ,if I did that to myself ,it’s a different case but not me it’s my wife that decided to punish me so why should I be bothered about it and be brooding or letting it affect my life ,yeah I think about it but am not gonna let it change my mood or happiness state of mind from who I am to nonsense cause that’s what devil ,immigration and my wife wants ..so far am still alive and hopeful that’s what matters most ...then I never even knew there was anything called vawa ...so never let that whole immigration officers wicked act spoil your mental health or happiness ..their aim is for you not to have happiness and a good state of mental health while living in United States 🤣🤣🤣🤣,never allow those cheap local immigration officers to tamper with your emotions 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣,always remember that they are nothing but a cheap local immigration officers ,they dnt know their left from right 🤣🤣🤣🤣,most of them are just opportune to be where they are ,if they pass through what many people are passing through they would have become something else on the street 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣..i know it’s not easy to be having immigration delays and issues , but it’s what it is ..you have to stay happy ,think about it and dnt think about it too much .when there is life there is hope ..this is how I live my life ,to some they think am an unserious type but I think that’s the best way to live in this wicked world ..never let any thing you difficult situations you passing through overwhelm you or get to you ...try and always find a way to be happy and stay positive!! I-360 sent April 2018 received Prima facie..

renew my EAD 2 times

I-360 approved february 2020 received approval letter and C31 card march 2020

06/2020 received courtesy letter

End of 07/2020 Case ready for interview.

09/2020 Interview was schedule for October 2020

went to interview with my lawyer officer was super nice, he only ask me the questions on I-485 and then review my paperwork that I brought but didn't take anything other than the divorce decree.

By the end of the interview day. I-485 status change to "New card is being produced"

Next day "Case was approved".

 

I wish all of you to get approve on I-360 and I-485. This journey was super super hard for me but I always believe in the power of the ALMIGHTY. You just need patience lots of patience and keep praying.

Dear @Deserteagle I see that you are worried ,so that’s why am writing out this long note to pacify you ,and I hope it soothes your soul and gives you confidence in yourself and when you come out of this whole immigration stress make sure you also show love back to other ...

What are those documents you sent ..how did you package all your documents !!if I may ask , Are you a female ? I sent I-360 with police report of abuse, letter from my doctor and my psychologist letter from the social worker that was helping me, affidavit  from friend who witnessed my spouse abusing me. Also I send pictures of lots of crazy things on my body... also all evidence of marriage bills and share bank account.

Well same things I sent..I will give it another trial again ..and take my time to work on the RFE ..thanks once again and may your green card bring fortunes and happiness to your life
