Wow you are very lucky on that !! It’s those stuffs that you told me that submitted that I submitted too..the only thing I didn’t submit was joint tax and we didn’t have none cuz I have no social security number then she never even filed tax during the time we were together !!! One thing I know for sure about my case is that they officer is very very strict and mean !! But God is the greatest !! Nobody can change that in my mind cuz have seen a lot of cases that are not even strong ,that they only go by police report ..and psychological evaluation and they got approved ..I submitted psychological evaluation of 10 sessions and medical report of where she injured me twice ..yet some people want me to believe that he is not wicked !!! Nobody can change that fact ..some of those officers are evil !!!

Just to add to what @Stillwinning!!!😊 and others said, if you could get letters from friends, co-workers, pastor, family on both sides, neighbors or even the landlord where you guys lived. I myself only had 1 bill with his name on it, a bank account that closed after one month because he was not paying his child support and I did not know. The neighbor where we lived  (old lady) give me a handwritten letter that she notarized and a copy of her passport. Things like this could make a difference.

Thanks for replying me ..our joint bank statement was on for over 12 months ,I submitted it ..we always used the account for many things ..,we had a life insurance and I was the beneficiary ,I think she paid only twice,I dnt know how she pay but I know they sent the policy to our house ,and I was there as the beneficiary,I submitted this too,the officer had to say that we didn’t pay for the insurance ,lol ..he said we only have pictures in same location,I sent pictures of different location to them ,the officer said that we paid with cash that the issuer of the reciept handwriting is different,how is that our business ?? All we have to do is to pay ..the address on the receipt is the address we use to receive all our mails ..my wife dnt even dnt talk to the landlord and his children ,so we dnt talk to the landlord too cuz she and my wife quarrel a lot ,so my wife tells me not to talk to them ..so we just pay monthly fee and live there .we dnt talk .. so far the address tallies ..the officer should know ,but just becuz he trying to make things difficult,just like they like to do ..he kept bringing unnecessary reasons not to approve instantly ..have seen people that only have marriage certificate and psychological evaluation and they get approved ..but this officer chose to be hard on me same thing my lawyer told me ..he said the officer is evil and mean ..he said I have them enough thing .but he said he will tackle it ..I also sent police report and psychological evaluation with medical reports of injury !! What else does the officer wants ..nobody can change my mind that the officer is not mean ..he or she is mean but I will not relent and would never ever think about it !!! I will overcome ..I’m sure about that !! God is on my side !!

Last question: the approval letter says that i will need to file for EAD renewal to maintain the deferred action status - do you know if its only C31 or C9 is good too? Filed C9 extension in July 2020. Is this "Deferred Action" notice good or bad as understood not everyone receives it?

 

Does anyone know what "Class: IB1" is? seeing it in the approval notice.

You just have a priority date if your spouse is a green card holder.If you filed form I-765 category C9 in July then you are good.

The IB1 is the immigrant class of admission, it means when you obtain your green card the  USCIS will specify IB1 as you class of admission.

If you go to the interview and your spouse is there just ask to speak in private with the immigration officer.DO NOT MENTION about VAWA in front of your spouse.But if your spouses withdraws form I130/I864 the officer still can keep your I-485 pending.I have 3 AOS pending and the abusers withdrew the sponsorships.

Thanks @sandranj I believe what I brought up before is that C14 EAD needs to be constantly renewed to maintain deferred action status because the deferred action letter attached to approved I-360 says one has to prove “economic necessity” to get it. Though is this deferred action really needed if one is in AOS like me now? It’s valid for 15 months.

Hey, yes I was approved back in March 2020, the application was transferred to NYC the same month. However, I was previously called for an interview (marriage-based) under that petition. Not sure whether that's the reason it was moved to NYC so quickly

But he said we will win by Gods grace .my lawyer said even those that dnt even have any proofs like bank statement gets approved ..so far they were able to show the abuse !!!

 

3. They said that we pay the rent by cash..yeah my wife is in charge of the payment of the rent and all she do is to just pay the rent and get receipt ..so how do we suppose to have access to those who issues receipt .so far we paid and we get all our mails in the house that’s what matters ..my lawyer said the officer is just trying to Bring up matters where there is no matters ..the receipt carries the address we receive all our mails back then ..and my wife is the one in charge of the payment not me cuz I wasn’t working as at that time and there was little I could say cuz she is so aggressive and abusive !!! My wife even fought with the landlord that she had to instruct me that I must not talk to them as well ..that is she sees me talk to them I will be in trouble ..the officer should clearly know that there is little I could do when am in an abusive relationship ,most especially when I dnt even have social security number and have not even started working ..so she has all the power on me .she threatens me everytime with immigration and deportation,the officer should be able to know that there is little I could do but my lawyer told me that they always make the Vawa case worst for men !! But I will not relent cuz I have everything to fight this case !! And God will give me victory 

 

 

4.now they telling me to resubmit the same things that have submitted with more pictures ,stating that they want to know our daily routine in our marriage ..my wife is an abuser ,she is very very domineering that I can’t even talk in the house ,she dnt let people come look for me ,she dnt let me go anywhere ..literally I suffered anxiety and depression through all of these ..I have psychological evaluation yet the officer is still trying to be naughty and mean ...but I will not allow that ..I will go hard for this so far I know my marriage is real and the officer doesn’t own immigration..I will not feel bad or relent ..I’m ready to fight this to any length cuz I know my wife really abuse me physically and emotionally and we even have what I suppose to have to proof the marriage of good faith ..just that some immgration officer are evil and they like to mess with innocent people’s emotions ..you know what they went through ,they almost die yet some officers would still want to act evil chz they might like be an abuser to and racist..

 

my lawyer said he will make sure you handle the case and address everything and try to let the officer know that he is just been considerate ..

I have chose not to even bother myself about the whole thing cuz what will be will be and have seen cases on here that they dnt even have any proofs and they get approved .. so I will just do what I have to do instead of thinking and thinking about one wicked racist potential abuser officer !!

 

 

I am so sorry to hear that! try to include everything you can! Sometimes even smaller things helps - maybe you have copies of IDs with the same address, gym membership cards, library cards, copies of letters, cards or envelopes sent to you both when you lived together showing both your names and same address. Also, I believe you can ask more friends or family who know you and your spouse to give you affidavits, those should be helpful. Good luck!
