That he is sensing some discrimination in my case !! But he said we will win by Gods grace .my lawyer said even those that dnt even have any proofs like bank statement gets approved ..so far they were able to show the abuse !!!

 

3. They said that we pay the rent by cash..yeah my wife is in charge of the payment of the rent and all she do is to just pay the rent and get receipt ..so how do we suppose to have access to those who issues receipt .so far we paid and we get all our mails in the house that’s what matters ..my lawyer said the officer is just trying to Bring up matters where there is no matters ..the receipt carries the address we receive all our mails back then ..and my wife is the one in charge of the payment not me cuz I wasn’t working as at that time and there was little I could say cuz she is so aggressive and abusive !!! My wife even fought with the landlord that she had to instruct me that I must not talk to them as well ..that is she sees me talk to them I will be in trouble ..the officer should clearly know that there is little I could do when am in an abusive relationship ,most especially when I dnt even have social security number and have not even started working ..so she has all the power on me .she threatens me everytime with immigration and deportation,the officer should be able to know that there is little I could do but my lawyer told me that they always make the Vawa case worst for men !! But I will not relent cuz I have everything to fight this case !! And God will give me victory 

 

 

4.now they telling me to resubmit the same things that have submitted with more pictures ,stating that they want to know our daily routine in our marriage ..my wife is an abuser ,she is very very domineering that I can’t even talk in the house ,she dnt let people come look for me ,she dnt let me go anywhere ..literally I suffered anxiety and depression through all of these ..I have psychological evaluation yet the officer is still trying to be naughty and mean ...but I will not allow that ..I will go hard for this so far I know my marriage is real and the officer doesn’t own immigration..I will not feel bad or relent ..I’m ready to fight this to any length cuz I know my wife really abuse me physically and emotionally and we even have what I suppose to have to proof the marriage of good faith ..just that some immgration officer are evil and they like to mess with innocent people’s emotions ..you know what they went through ,they almost die yet some officers would still want to act evil chz they might like be an abuser to and racist..

 

my lawyer said he will make sure you handle the case and address everything and try to let the officer know that he is just been considerate ..

I have chose not to even bother myself about the whole thing cuz what will be will be and have seen cases on here that they dnt even have any proofs and they get approved .. so I will just do what I have to do instead of thinking and thinking about one wicked racist potential abuser officer !!

In a nut shell the officer simply needs more details and closure! You have a lot of evidence that probably wasn't clear or strong enough so what you and your attorney can do is strengthen them up add more details this time for it to be convincing..true some officers are harder to convince but also sometimes our evidences might not be well put together or strong enough to give closure. So instead of firing back at Uscis as your lawyer plans to..take time to prepare a more convincing evidence so your case can be approved else you might just be unnecessarily delayed! Uscis can be savage too when they want..wonder why some cases just seems to drag for no apparent reason? Go figure!💁wisdom is profitable!

Friends - having I-360 approved in April and notice received 3 months later in July.
 

I filed for vawa in November 2018 but priority date shows July 2017 on the approval notice. Do you know why there is a time difference and what priority date stands for? Also what is “Class: IBI“?

 

Lastly, 2nd page of approval notice says about “Initial Grant Deferred Action”. I don’t think I am part of deferred action and why is it there? To be clear - I am awaiting for I-485 interview.

That is not an issue at all! I never filed taxes with my spouse...💁don't have this witch hunting mindset..like uscis is out to get you..just give what they ask and you will be fine!👍

Thank God you could relate to my message..now I dnt know what to send other than just writing a declaration to them ,thou they didn’t state that I submitted psychological evaluation and police report in the RFE which I submitted ..I have scar on my face due to what she did to me and I went to the hospital for treatment .i reported her to the police when she punched me ..I have police report !! The officer didn’t talk about that and I submitted it ..can a fake marriage have all these so much evidences?? They just like to drag some cases for no apparent reason .. but we will not relent ..we know they dnt want us to be happy 😃 but God is the ultimate!! What will be will be

The receipt date of your i485 not your i360 is the priority date! I got the deferred action grant too as many others..this is just to keep us protected as low priority for removal pending when we adjust status..it usually lasts for 15months giving us ample time to adjust status..you're perfectly in order..no worries!😊👍

Blunt, listen to what others are saying. No officer has anything against you personally. Look through what people use to prove intent and legitimacy of marriage... look through the other forums of visa journey. 
 

most importantly, write that affidavit in as much detail as possible, about your courtship, daily routine before and after marriage.
 

do not claim that the officer is being discriminating towards you, you don’t have grounds to claim that based on the letter they sent you.

I think I will have to write out another declaration for them ..how everything happened and how all the documents came about ..I have over 12 months Joint bank statement that is ran that time but the wicked officer said it is insufficient,I dnt know if he is looking for 10 years bank statement..some times we Jhay have to thank God man is not God ..some people are just wicked ..let’s be realistic the officer that treated that case is mean and evil !!! Lol 😂 but I dnt care !!! My feelings and emotion is 💯 sound !!

See dreamer's response! She pretty much captured in an articulate manner what you need to focus on! I'm a firm believer in God..but I do what I have to do..then leave the rest to God..I never fold my hands and wish things away! Heaven helps those who helps themselves! They are not questioning the abuse

Tell me why I shouldn’t think he is an evil and discriminating officer just like my lawyer also said ,;

for me that what I think about the person in charge of the case ,cuz sending joint bank statements of one year ..we use the joint bank statement together ,she even put a fake check in the joint bank statement,the account went to negative and she told me she did it cuz she want me to get into  trouble , ..the joint bank statement last for more than a year and it was actively running ,I wasn’t working then ,the officer said we dnt pay for the life insurance.how is it my fault ..I wasn’t working ..she did the life insurance herself and also canceled it herself ..I sent tons of pictures in different place the officer said it’s same place and you people think I won’t think he is discriminating or trying to be mean on my case ..but am never gonna let that get to me ..I will resend all I have and write a declaration to back it up ..God will surprise him ..I’m just totally disappointed with what the officer is pointing at ..there is no reasonable talk in what he’s pointing at !!All I know is that God is the ultimate and I was abused and my marriage is real ..I see lot of female on this forum that dnt even have bank statement,or have taxes together or have receipt of rent and they got approved!! That’s why I want to believe my lawyer when he said the office is wicked and so discriminating!!

Your priority date is derived from the date you filed I-130 (or I-129, among others).  You have been granted deferred action until your I-485 is approved.  You still do not have any status yet even with an approved VAWA.

I will reply them !! I try my best to make sure I dnt look like I want to purposely use the vawa as an avenue to cheat the system..that’s why I submitted extensively paper work..I think I will redo it again !!! What will be will be ..I won’t let my heart or mind be troubled atall !! I know that’s their goal !! Never !!
