I started my petition Oct 2016. No GC, just a bunch of EADs which I'm grateful for

Was your I-360 approved? If not this is highly unusual and you should get your congressman or senator on the case.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Technically you can get a writ of mandamus suit going against USCIS if you're really outside normaly processing times, like 1+ year over what's the current norm, otherwise it would probably be dismissed.

Hi Demise, my Vawa was approved last Nov 2019 with no Rfe

3 years for approval is still pretty long, anyways right now I-485 processing time is like 12-18 months (which tends to count from the date of I-360 approval) so you're still within processing timeframe over there.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

I hope I get approved soon. I'm tired! The wait is too long

Hi Everyone, just wanted to let you know that I am about to file my petition. I am so scared. The lawyer sent me the package today and I don't have any expertise to know if it's any good. I am so scared and nervous but I guess there is no other way to go from now. :(

It means that your green card application was forwarded to your local field office. You should receive either an appointment notice or a straight approval from here.

filing date:June2017

approved:September 25,2018

File transferred: September 26,2018

Field office :Queens NY

No CL

I did inquiry by Congress person 2 months ago, my files transferred Vermont to Missouri National Benefit Center !

Plz give me advice!Thank You!

I no idea.

when I renew my driver license , due to my EAD card still pending , I bring the receipt to DPS TX on 7/7/2020, but they not approved renew , they said need Level 3 certification, I waiting 45 days , they said my local immigration office working on if renew my driver license .

that moment my local immigration office also review my case , allow renew my driver license for one year.

and then also give me I-485 interview notice

I think so maybe that moment they review my case too

Most likely it was transferred to NBC ( National Benefits center), which will prepare your case for your local office.

You're brave and strong. If all docs are in place, go for it. We're all here to support you! Someone said a few days ago, doors are closed when we stop believing, so don't stop believing and have faith. :) I'm yet to file, and I get my inspiration from this place.

does it also count that we live in my home country?

It counts  if he is an employee of the U.S government or armed services.
