Does this health and wealth test applies to all ?

Health check up (I-693) applies to most except applicants under registry and maybe cancellation of removal (don't quote me on this one).

The wealth test (I-944) applies to most applicants except among others VAWA self-petitioners.

So you need to submit an I-693, but you do not need to submit I-944 or I-864.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

filing date:June2017

approved:September 25,2018

File transferred: September 26,2018

Field office :Queens NY

No CL

I did inquiry by Congress person 2 months ago, my files transferred Vermont to Missouri National Benefit Center !

Plz give me advice!Thank You!

My lawyer sent them an inquiry letter. So we will hear from them in a month or so. Other than we cant do anything.

Some people on this thread made inquiries through senators and congressmen and they got their interviews faster and some are still waiting. So i dont know at this point what are we being held back. Or what matters in uscis to get an interview faster

@Six666, I am also in NYC. File concurrently April 3, 2017. Approved Dec 9th  2018. File transferred Jan 2019. Still awaiting interview. Reached out to Senator Gillibrand twice, same respond, case in queue for interview. Lawyer no help at all, asked him numerous times to do an inquiry, he is mute. It is what it is, can’t do anything but wait. I guess when the time is right, that one interview letter we Are waiting on will pop up.

You are absolutely right. When the is right it will arrive.

Do you know if I moved to Florida before filing I-360 will I have the interview in Florida? Or is it in New York as my marriage filings were in NYC and I'm going to ask to transfer my i-485. Thanks!

Based on people experiences i read from different threads and sites. You will get your interview in NYC, even after notifying uscis  they got thier interviews on their initially filed i485 addresses.

USCIS website shows Processing time for I-360 "17 Months to 22.5 Months" - is this for the whole process or is it how long it would usually take them to approve the petition?

Sorry, my English isn't great but I hope it makes sense

Just the petition. Also, the processing time is more of a guideline and averages rather than the complete story. My own has been pending for 2 years 1 month and 3 days right now.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.
