Hi everybody I have a question I sent my application to renew my work permit under the c9 category I sent all the support documentation including the i-485 recipe who shows the pending status and the a copy with the old ead and they sent me back the documents and they say I did not sent the feeds my question is how much is for renew a work permit under c9 category

RFe for i485 is very common. I received one as well and few others as well.. just submit it and they will send you either courtesy letter or rfe for medicals in case of interview waived

From Vermont, the i485 is transferred to NBC..this is where it is vetted thoroughly for missing documents and requests sent out...it is then shipped to your local office.(i485) did they instruct you specifically to send it to NBC? Usually they say you should bring it with you to the interview. Read the notice again to be sure.👍

C09 is free. you do not need to pay a fees of $410 for it. Send it again and mention i485 receipt on cover letter so that they can access it..

She needs to send it to NbC not vermont. I sent mine to nbc as well because it was requested from NBC. On rfe letter, it should mention where to send but most probably its nbc

Shroy is right..renewal is free..although we've read of folks who despite proving their eligibility were still forced to pay...just attach the i485 NOA with your docs. Yeah the fee is $410..👍

I sent the i-131 and I 765 with a all the documents and the pending I-485 and they just sent me the noa for the I 131 but they sent me the  I 765 back with a letter asking for the fees

When i485 is transferred to local office does it mean at NBC they already made sure there is nothing missing?or can you still receive am RFE from local office?

They said I should submit it in order for them to make a final decision on my case. Is that the way they write it to people.

And also they said Uscis will accept long form birth certificate.  What does it mean? Is it the way they write it.

I sent the pending i-485 recipe and the NOA but they sent me back the I 765 but the weird is they sent me the NOA to the I 131

send it back to them again with i485 receipt

No. Mine was written i can another rfe if requires. But i have courtesy letter
