Yes.Having  the adjustment pending  doesn't have anything to do with deferred action.

sorry another question, If I need to send to Vermont Do I write: ATTN: VAWA UNIT ?  I am so nervous I cant really think, I honestly cant wait until this is all over, for the longest time I tried avoiding thinking about all I Went through and having to fill out the N400 brings out memories I thought they were long gone but it is now like an open wound, I don't know if that wound will ever close but I can not wait to become a citizen and put this chapter of my life behind me.

At the I had to call DHS and they apparently resolved the problem because when I check my case number said employer close this case and in capital letter said EMPLOYMENT_AUTORIZED..

Can a doctor overseas provide an evaluation for Vawa?  
My friend is doing therapy but it’s via FaceTime with a licensed phycologist in Brazil. Can she provide an evaluation to be translated or does mine friend needs an evaluation from a phycologist licensed in the US? Please help. My friend lives in California and intends to apply from there!

Hello people, my ref is for birth certificate. I submitted the birth certificate  with my application. I was expecting medical. Is it always this way? They want it at NBC.

It's possible it was misplaced..just send it. They will still send you courtesy letter for medicals..but if they don't, no worries..once you get your interview letter get it done and take it with you to your interview...it's not unusual at all.👍

Thank-you, was worried. And how long will it take again.They want it at NBC which means it has not been sent to my local office.
