Got it :) sorry for my ignorance but what is NOA and do i understand 100% correct that i need to reach out to U.S. Congressman and Senator (not State)? Found their websites and believe can fill out request forms there.

NOA...AKA receipt notice..for your petition. Sounds familiar? Lol😛 reach out to either one of them..or both like I did. For me my senator was of more help..with quicker response from USCIS!👍😊

And oh..FYI the NOA simply stands for Notice of Action (Form I-797) which is also called the receipt notice I mentioned.👍

Hi guys! After I receive finally my ead c31 and SSA send me my SSC I was able to start a new job. But they are using e-verify and receive a notice of tentative of non confirmation. I know this is a VAWA tread and maybe my question is not ok in this section but I dont know where else to ask...

I try self verify didnt work. I put my lawyer address her phone number, I try with my address and my phone number and nothing, they can verify my identity...

My employer use my A number the one said on my EAD card as USCIS# . The identification number was left in blank ( dont know if they should put my passport number r the EAD card # or leave it in blank). And the SSN was correct

Besides give them a call... What can I do, I cant afford lost this job.. Thx family!

thank you, Sandra. I did not go for the evaluation. Can you recommend a psychologist in Washington state that does not require a referral from legal counsel?

@Kiesel DM me, I know an excellent psychologist in WA state who handles VAWA evaluations and doesn’t require referral from attorneys. Just tell them you simply can’t afford one and they’ll take your case. Plus they’re affordable and also offer flexibility with payments. They did mine and Sandra said it was “excellent”, it was instrumental in my case’s approval without RFE

I can't influence or inform that decision...you may try both like I suggested.😊

:) sorry if I ask to many questions here. My current “online priority date” from uscis website for I-485 interview scheduling is July 2017. I filed I-360 and I-485 in Nov 2018. I-360 got approved in Jul 2020. Would this make sense for me to reach out to government if “online priority date” is not near current?

You may if it's current, if not you will get the 'Your case is within processing times' response! Personally I don't think there's any harm trying!👍

Do you see the request that your employer made on the e-verify portal ? All inquiries  that were made should be shown in that portal even the self checks.

Dear Frields...awaiting for my I-485 interview. I-360 approval was in July 2020.

Received courtesy letter saying that they miss my medicals In Aug 2020.

Latest status update online for I-485 was: “We received your fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Your case is now properly filed“ AND “fingerprints relating to your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status have been applied to your case.”

Does anyone know what is this “fingerprint fee”? Also - last time I did fingerprints it was like in Fall 2018 (more than 2 years). Are my fingerprints likely expired and I will need to retake them before interview?

I think you do not need to do fingerprints again

Did they ask you to mail them your Medical?

If so, isn't that a sign that they might waive your interview?

Please disregard this post; I missed the word "Courtesy Letter".

I have similar update on my account for my i-485 and I believe it means that the have your fingerprint and no further action is required from you in that case.
