800-375-5283 To schedule the infopass. Since it’s vawa they won’t be able to help you over the phone. They will tell you to write to Vermont.
there is another number that attorneys can call them directly. Does your own attorney not know the number to call???
have you tried reaching out to your congressman?

Sorry to hear that.

I think they are out for today because its holiday

Plus vawa applicants can't  just call them for status.

Its either through your attorney or congressman for privacy and security reasons of all applicants.

$30,000. Thirty thousand dollars.

Fire that broke attorney who seem to have lots of financial issues of his own . You need to just work with your Congressman on this.
Whether or not you have that money; better use it for something reasonable, don’t just give it to that beggar of an attorney 😂

Quick question

So When i submitted i-360 i485 together, i used to have long hairs(ponytail),  i look very different in those pictures(passport size pic)  i cut my hairs and now i have short hairs, pretty descent look :)

It gets better. Here’s her response today when I wrote about my case being so delayed:

” Impossible to get an info pass now because they have been processing citizenships only. Hang on.”

@i-need-help-pls That's correct, a level 2 officer called me back after 3 days to schedule info pass appointment.

Good evening VJ Family im sorry for posting this on here but i was trying to look it up and i didn't find an answer. My question is if i cash my stimulus check will that impact my AOS interview ?

No. The stimulus is not considered a public benefit, moreover, even if it was, VAWA self-petitioners are exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissibility.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Bona fides and cohabitation. I was in removal proceedings previously so they upped the standard of evidence for me from "preponderance of evidence" (51%) to "clear and convincing evidence" (75%). What's annoying is that I had an approved I-130 previously, one that my ex and I were interviewed about, RFE'd, and finally approved.

In my RFE response I basically gave them everything extra I could. Couldn't get my tax transcripts from the IRS because of COVID so I submitted secondary evidence like a print out from turbotax that the returns were filed via them matching the numbers on the previously submitted tax return and a cover page from a NY tax return check (which should prove that we at very least filed our state taxes jointly), various gift receipts (covering a few years before and after we tied the knot), ring receipts, bank statements with a lot of items distinguished, I-130 RFE showing that USCIS already demanded more, got it, and thought the marriage was legitimate enough previously, our college transcripts showing classes we took together (we met at college and both majored in Computer Science). I also pointed them to the previously filed I-130 and associated documents which contained among other things a letter from our landlord that we're renting that place together. In the cover letter I made a legal argument based around 8 CRF 245.1 (c)(8)(v) that the I-360 should be exempt from the heightened evidence standard since an application based upon the same marriage was already approved previously, but I still nonetheless explicitly requested an exemption under INA 245(e)(3) just in case. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I caused the VSC to get an advisory opinion from the AAO by doing that or have them fetch the I-130 and related things from the NVC which is why this is taking so long.

Was the evidence requested on the previous marriage or the most recent marriage?

I think they will advise your lawyer to call VT or write them directly, I guess the first level officer are not allowed to give any information regarding VAWA case.
