The questions 17 and 18 the person can correct the omission  during the interview, but because USCIS is approving some GC without interview then it's better if you correct your  omission now for you not have problem any problem during the naturalization process. Mention form I-485, the page, the item number. Add your alien number and your   case number as well.

if you  are subject to a two-year home residency requirement then you must file a waiver to overcome the "two-year home-country physical presence requirement" . I am saying this because you highlighted on  your post about the home residency requirement.

Thank you for this as always.

Stay safe

God bless always

I haven't received any update yet, It just shows case received 20 May 2019, and then I filed I-485 and I-765 in November 2020, They approved ead and I got my card in June 2020. but I-485 just show's fingerprints updated as off 29 January 2020, I did get 2nd prima facia which expires on 25 December 2020.

I hope there will be some sort of new soon for me and for everyone else that's been waiting.

Question

According to new rule, do i have to pay for i765 renewal under c09 category? If yes how much?

My vawa was approved in Nov 2018 and i485 still pending in NYC

No you don't.

The fee increase got halted by a federal injunction and even if it wasn't, it grandfathers I-485s filed before 10/02/2020 so their I-765/I-131s are free.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

I don´t know this new rule but, one month ago I sent my I765 renewal under c09 without the fee and they accepted it.

Hi guys!

God bless you all, I have a case pending through marriage, my husband became abusive and put me through a lot of emotional and psychological abuse, I’ve attempted to kill myself back on May I was so hopeless, I was always scared if I left him he would get me deported because he would always say if I did he would divorce me, well on Oct 15th I finally made the decision to leave, I’m renting a room now and contacted the domestic violence hotline that put me in contact with some lawyers that could help me, well I have police report that states they had to call emergency because I was having a panic attack my husband was being verbally abusive to me and caused it, i have affidavits from friends and she says I can’t submit my Vawa because it’s not extreme cruelty, I don’t know what to do please help me. I have all the info and ready to go through it myself, God knows what I’ve been through and how much damaged it has cause to my mental health, I’m now on antidepressants. And go to counseling. Should I go forward with my application ? Please any information would be highly appreciated, I have my I130 interview on Nov 20th but my husband said he is not going he refuses and to be honest I’m scared of him coming. Again many blessings to you all, God is with us through it all 🙏❤️

Thank you @Stillwinning!!!😊. Thank you @sandranj. Thank you @Engineering-rocks and many many others for all your support!!!

my timeline (atlanta)

I-360 / I-485 filed in Nov 2018. I-360 approved in April 2020. I-485 approved in Nov 2020.

can someone help me to see guidance for rules to maintain the green card. I heard that one must be in the US at least 6 months a year. Also, in 2.5 years I can apply for citizenship. Anything else I am missing?

It is not cut and dry.  You have to spend more time in the US than outside the US.  Also, you have to add your time outside of the US in your calculation of the 3 year citizenship rule.  Read the Citizenship Section to get an understanding.

It's been said countless times here that you should only get the medicals done only when you have an interview date except USCIS specifically request for it to be sent it. So save yourself the trouble and wait..except of course you plan to send it in without them asking..💁

I second that. Plus, it says on there that if you do not require an interview, they will send you an RFE with further instructions (to send it to them)
