Nice to hear that again that people get approved without interview!! May God answer our prayers on here ,I swear nobody worth to suffer for that long for anything in this life ,in believe that everybody in this life deserves a better life so far you are not a killer or rapist !!! You might have to argue with whoever to take it, but you aren't completely screwed just yet.

Its my C09 and yes I got the initial receipt after sending in the renewal application. The receipt had the 180 days extension on it. My form was approved and I was sent the ead card which I now have in my hand. I still can't believe that it came so quickly

Thanks so much ..may God comfort everybody. Everybody deserves a better life in this world ,not one single person has to suffer in this world. Your renewal was either lost or is in the process of being rejected- or- has been accepted and the NOA was lost or not sent yet. You have time though so dont panic. As long as you send the renewal (and get the NOA dated as such) prior to your card expiring you will get the automatic 180 day extension. 

 

If you dont need to pay for the renewal then the easiest way is to do as the attny suggested- send a new renewal. If the old one turns up its not a problem that you sent a second renewal request. Just make sure you send it with a tracking number and pay attention to the NOA receipts you may get. Its easy to confuse cases when you file multiple times. If the old renewal does show up and you refiled a renewal they will have different case numbers. One will be closed out eventually. 

thanks again. yes, I am now reapplying for my C09 renewal, hopefully will get the NOA soon. also I noticed the lawyer help desk number on my I-360 but she said it's not working during COVID, not sure if others have used it recently?
