We are not getting married now, the relationship is just 5 months old but my girlfriend is already talking about the plan so we are looking towards next year not this year. We just needs some clarification. I hope you understand me

So it doesn't bother you that you're out of status and could be deported and incur a ten-year ban?

The longer you stay out of status the worse you make your situation. There is no way to repair this. You should leave the US as soon as you can to start getting your ban period over.

By marrying a green card holder you cannot adjust status from inside the US as you attempted to do with your USC wife. The spouse of a green card holder must wait until their priority date is current to obtain a visa/adjust status. If you are out of status when that time comes you cannot adjust status in the US as the overstay is not forgiven as it is for the spouse of a USC. An additional issue is you might have an Order of Deportation against you or an immigration court date due to your previously denied AOS. Normally when AOS is denied you are given 30 days to leave the country which you did not do.

So at this point in time you have no immediate path to obtain a green card, you are in the country without status and subject to detention and deportation at any time, and you probably have an active immigration warrant out for you.

In addition to all of the above issues if you reach the point where you interview for a visa or green card there is going to be major discussion about your previously denied AOS application and you jumping from marriage to marriage.

She moved some of are things from the house and left, if I called she want pick, she will only send me a text. That was even before the denial notice. Without me knowing her plan. I tried all I could to know her where about but she want talk to me. She only send text, the denial notice was received and also our attorney got the notice. That was then she was voice out she was pregnant and am not the one responsible for it and she also made it know to our lawyer. At that point, I became restless

I'm sorry you went through this, but none of it matters for your current immigration status now.  You are currently out of status, in immediate danger of being detained and removed from the US, and you have no legal path to a Green card............it's probably time to return to your country...... your plan for marrying your girl friend and staying in the US just isn't possible right now.

my girlfriend is a green card holder. She has been in USA for almost 9years and we are planning to get married soon

How long has your girlfriend been a green card holder?  She may qualify for US citizenship if it has been 5 or more years, so if this is the case, why has she not filed for citizenship yet?

Even if wife to be was a citizen and could get the overstay forgiven, we have seen reports of such cases arriving at their AOS interview to be greeted by ICE enforcing a prior deportation order.

OP has not provided any explanation for why he decided to stay illegally rather than return home.
