she got K1 visa after the June 2020 date so it was not valid according to the EO / she would have to had visa before that date according to

https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/proclamation-suspending-entry-aliens-present-risk-u-s-labor-market-following-coronavirus-outbreak/

reads the following:

a)  The suspension and limitation on entry pursuant to section 2 of this proclamation shall apply only to any alien who:

(ii)   does not have a nonimmigrant visa that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation; and

(iii)  does not have an official travel document other than a visa (such as a transportation letter, an appropriate boarding foil, or an advance parole document) that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation or issued on any date thereafter that permits him or her to travel to the United States and seek entry or admission.

Presidential Proclamation 10052 (which you keep quoting out of context) stated that visa types L, H-1, H-2, and their dependents will not be issued until the Proclamation end date. Some categories of J visa type are also affected by the restrictions.

PP 10052 also extended PP 10014 end date, but PP 10014 only applies to certain Immigrant Visas. K-1 is nonimmigrant and not affected by PP 10014 or PP 10052.

and Casa embassy is taking this as a person without a visa before June date can not travel to the US

I had my K1 interview in June and was approved/issued and then I entered the US. So that doesn't impact K1. If you have a K1 you can enter.

this is the latest news from embassy about the covid and what is happening so check this site for any new news as they promise to update

https://ma.usembassy.gov/25161/

since a K1 can not travel to US until after December 31st,  we can only think your November date will be extended / this is why an approved K1 woman was removed from the plane and told she could not travel at this time

it is not just what is happening in Morocco that affects your case but important to watch November elections and what happens with events here in the US

As far as other info besides what the embassy posts,  when the embassy reopens ,  it will  be noted in your newspapers , on facebook,  on TV News and you will see new interviews scheduled here on the Morocco portal

Thank you for your help I will be in touch with news how you recommended to me I appreciate it

The date for "expiration" does not really matter.  The petition moved next to the NVC and then onto the consulate once they start processing K1s.  Don't let it sit once it gets to the consulate.

Thank you so much I appreciate it guys

Hi Where did you see that there is no travel for K1 till after December 31st?  K1's are not a part of any travel bans.  Thank you for your response.

K1's are not subject to the VISA Issuance Bans.  The "confusion" is how some consulates are interpreting the travel bans.

1) K1 visa, and all other visas that have not expired, are still valid

2) A K1 can not enter from or transit a travel ban country.

3) Most consulates in travel ban countries have interpreted that as they won't issue a visa since you can't travel even though you can so a 14 day vacay in Mexico / etc and wait out the ban time.
