AOS Filing For Those Who Did NOT Submit I-944 - Get In Here

since petitions or applications submitted after july 29, 2020, the i-944 is no longer required.

 

 

for those who submitted their applications without the I-944 after july 29, did you get a rejection or RFE? did you get approved?

 

i will be sending my application and including a note that it is no longer required and i will print the entire ALERT notice and highlight the part that is says, it is no longer required.. this will make it easier for those low IQ USCIS agents...

I did, I even commented as you might notice. Saying that certain people have a low IQ is still pretty ugly and a lack of respect.

Ignoring your comment. I submitted 08/25 without the form for my two packets but I haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully this week!
