You’re aware there has just been judgement in a case challenging the ban, that brought together three or four different suits?

Yes, I do.

But the point here is that lawyers were speaking mostly for DV winners ( It was open for public hearing, so everyone could listen their arguments), so I would call it DV case.

We hope if we bring another lawsuit for specific category only, it may be more successful.

No, you are incorrect. There were many family based as well as employment based applicants too. DV grabbed the headlines (and the only successful part of the judgement) because they literally have 25 days left to get their visas or they are lost forever. There is no permanent loss to other categories, just a delay. I suggest you read the full judgement.
Anyway good luck with your case, with any luck it will even be heard before the ban is up.

I read all 5 cases, and 85 ruling judgement.  I think they didn't make it clear for the judge, that this category is in fact mission critical also. Vast majority of petitioners are elderly people, they can't wait forever, they already waiting 7-15 years. And in case Trump wins, he will never lift this ban. There is nothing more permanent than temporarily. So we have no choice.

But thank you for your good wishes !
