basically says everything is still on hold

only Moroccans (and some married to Moroccans ) can enter the country

  • All regularly scheduled commercial flights to/from Morocco remain suspended, as do ferries to/from Spain.  The borders with Ceuta and Melilla remain closed.  Special operation flights to/from Morocco are taking place on Royal Air Maroc (RAM), Air Arabia, and Air France.  RAM is operating a direct flight from Casablanca to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).  Special operation ferries are taking place to/from Morocco and Sète, France and Genoa, Italy.
  • Masks are mandatory in all public spaces.

negative covid test needed to enter

intercity travel to major cites is closed except for emergency travel

so, nothing is about to happen to any visa interviews
