I-751 filled too early

I know and read the instruction i supposed to send it this month of September but for some reason I send it last August and now I heard they will return ur application if you filled too early I am just wondering how many days or weeks it will take before i received my papers back

I would look for it this week. When our lawyer filed an outdated I-485 it took us around 3.5 weeks to get it back. Who knows you may get lucky and they wont open the package until after the 90 day window opens.

Nope.  If the received date is even one day early, the I-751 will be rejected.......

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I've seen some take about a month.....it varies....what is the expiration date on the Green card?

Yes just wondering when i will received my application back so i dont need to worry and refile it and send it back prolly mid september to make it sure
