Need to Travel Back to Canada...US passport Still Delayed

If she’s is any kind of facility (hospital, hospice, nursing home) it’s quite likely you will not be permitted to visit even after quarantine.. I’d make sure about that before doing anything rash.

Thank you, I have checked into it and it may only be  few days for her now, so I wouldn't get to see her and due to her religion,  she will be buried the next day, so I will be staying home.

So sorry to hear about your friend. Your passport can be expedited, call the Dept of State customer service and let them know the situation and ask for an expedite.

You can fly to Canada with your Canadian passport but need to quarantine for 14bdays also you can fly back with your canadian passport. You dont need us passport.

 

Also you should contact your senator to help you expedite your passport.

Canadians dont need reason coming to US via Air at all, as she is Canadian citizen can always go to Canada.

Same as any other country.

You either state your on vacation, which is a lie, since you are a US citizen.

If you say you're a US citizen, you then have to try to prove it without a US passport.

Are we talking about flying to Us From Canada as Canadian citizen? As me beeing dual citizen I didnt have to wait for my US passport to fly back and forthto Canada or US.

Thats why I am saying she doesnt need US passport to cross to Canada.
