Yes, DCFers too... you very likely must also pay through ScotiaBank.. I don't think they want to handle cash in the consulates anymore.

When I called, they told me that I may have an interview sometime in Aug or Sep. (so I can assume they know I do not have an interview as of yet!), and the other question was related to the payment of fees... which the witch responded to me that I had to carry the money with me to the interview... and not pay at ScotiaBank... Again, the witch said that they Packet 4 will provide instructions!...

So, I just don't know whether these MTL officers/guys are aware of the changes they are making!!!

-- arrg!... oops! I just pulled out ~67 strands of hair!... ;((((
