CONGRATULATIONS, ELMIRA!

I GOT MY VISA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:

It was so simple interview. It took 2 minutes. US Consular was so polite. I can't believe!!!!! :dance:

MUST SEND IT SOON.

Sent I-751 application yesterday 14Jan2010.

USCIS CSC recieved our I-751 application 16Jan2010

recieved I-751 receipt notice 25Jan2010, from USCIS CSC.

Condional resident status is extended for a period of one year.

Recieved my Biometrics appt. today..06feb09

had my biometrics taken for I751 yesterday 24Feb2010

9/18/07- Interview-Approved!!!

9/21/07- Visa Pick Up

10/3/07- US Arrival

Hi guys!

Thank you so much for all your replies.... I still can't believe that we did it :) 4 months and visa in hand!!! :dance:

Now we are thinking of the date of our wedding.. Probably we will change it and will get marry in January as my Fiance wants me to orginise everything together... oh well... we will see..

Anyway.. good luck for everyone- March filers! :thumbs:

8/30/07 - Interview

9/13/07 - US arrival date

AOS Process:

10/5/07 - Married

10/19/07 - AOS application sent (I-485, I-131, I-765)

3/7/08 - Interview - APPROVED

3/17/08 - Greencard arrives

Removal of Conditions:

01/12/10 - Removal of Conditions package sent

01/19/10 - NOA 1

02/11/10 - Biometrics

03/16/10 - Approved

Just be glad you dont have to go through Montreal, the current wait time from them receiving my Packet 3 is 5 to 7 MONTHS!!!...LOL.. We will not hear anything until at least January 2008!

I know how hard it is for everyone here to wait for K1 it is very annoying and frustrating.

Just try to be strong and make sure in this long waiting you keep your relationship fresh and calm.

This is a test for resistance ..If we make through this,we will be able to go through anything in a relationship!
