Hello! I immigrated on an IR1 visa to the USA on March 20th, 2020. I paid my green card processing free on the 19th of March, 2020 (the day before.)

After 120 days of no green card and no update from the USCIS, I submitted an inquiry. They stated that my green card is in processing and that it will be processed and sent within 30 days on the 17th of August, 2020.

Today (September 4th, 2020) I received a text notification from the USCIS that my case has been updated and that I need to log onto their website to check the status of my case.

I log in to both versions of their website, and my case has been wiped from my account. I went in to add my case again, using my receipt number, an once more it states: "Case number invalid"

I tried without hyphens, with hyphens, etc.

Has this happened to any of you? Should I be concerned?
