Hello everyone .....i was wondering if you guys can help me :( my interview was on 21st march ! didnt get visa :( they said they need JOINT sponer ! and they gave me 221 (g) Blue Paper ...its saying like They putting me ON administrative Processing .. and they said they need following things.....

1. Administrative Processing

2. Finger Printing

3. Joint Sponer

I m So confused :help::( :( pleas help me ..... is dat Denied or wot ? am i gonna get visa ? or not :(

its aweful :(

PLease Help Guys

Would Be Great If you guys can Help ... atleast i can feel relax :(

I don't know if I can help... but I don't think you're totally denied. You should have the joint sponsor in line and as for the AP... you just have to wait. Apparently they are going to do more checking on you. It takes a while. Sorry I can't be much help. I hope someone else can give you better answers.

3/24/11 Received 10 year Green Card in the mail - Done. Feels good :-) 'till we do this again for US Citizenship.

12/5/11 mailed packet for Naturalization

12/9/11 was received by USCIS.

4/6/12 received letter for fingerprint appn.

4/23/12 9am fingerprint appointment - done :-)

4/30/12 Recieved Letter for Interview - Sche. 5/31

5/31/12 Interview & Testing

5/31/12 Testing Approved - Waiting for next step

6/21/12 Rcvd email, placed application in the oath sched. que :-)

6/25/12 Rcvd letter - Oath Ceremony is on 7/11/12 @ 9:15am :-)

No you have NOT been denied. You just have to give them what they ask for and wait patiently... they didn't have enough information to approve you at the interview so now they're waiting for it before they can make a final decision (but the decision is most likely going to be yes...) Try to relax :)

Calm down you are not denied. First off get them the joint sponsor paperwork. Secondly you are in Administrative Processing and that means that they need to verify your information and that your name and fingerprints must clear all agencies. Good luck and just know it will be some waiting. So pray for patience and understanding.
