Hi, this is how I prepared my documents. I place all my documents in a folder (plastic separates). And on each folder, I wrote there on top my Case number, Visa Category, Petitioner and beneficiary's name.

First Folder: Identification Documents

1. BC-NSO

2. MC-NSO

3. NBI Clerance

4. Police Certificates

5. CENOMAR

6. Other supporting documents: Baptismal Certificate, Court's Order and LCR-BC (Since I have Annotations on my BC).

2nd Folder: Affidavit of Support and Financial Documents

1. I-864 photocopy

2. W-2/ITR-2006

3. Others like bank statement, etc...

3rd Folder: Evidence of Meeting and Proof of Relationship

1. Hotel/Travel receipts (sample picture below)

2. Documents/Certificates/Receipts on our Wedding preparations

4th Folder: Evidence of Continuous Relationship

1. Electronic Correspondence: chat logs/e-mails

2. Snail mails/cards with the stamped envelops

3. Money remittances

4. Phone bills, etc...

5th Folder: Photos
