Wife's Trip to Netherlands Allowed?

First, let me express my deep appreciation for all of the members in this amazing community! Without the wisdom that is shared within this community, the entire process of marrying a Dutchie would have never been as smooth for me and my wife!!

 

My wife received her Green Card in October 2019, and she is wanting to return to the Netherlands to visit her family. Before booking a flight, we want to ensure that she will be allowed to return to the United States after her trip (approximately two weeks). We are under the impression that there is a provision in the Executive Order that allows the spouses of U.S. Citizens to be exempt from the travel ban. 

 

I have searched other threads, and it appears as though this topic has been addressed for similar situations. However, before we book the ticket we wanted to tap into the wisdom of this amazing community.

That is correct.

"The US immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and a significant amount of money.  It is quite a journey!"

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Green card holders are exempted. Nothing to worry

As a green card holder she is not subject to the ban anyway.
