K1 Germany, Frankfurt NIE

Guys is this really happening? I still can not believe it... does this mean we would also be able to flly without quarantining in a third country first?

I hope you can get past both the airlines and CBP at the US border if you decide not to quarantine outside the US for 14 days......but step one is to get the visa.....good luck.

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Well if you Travel with a NIE than you dont have to

We havent,but ultimately we will...our case file is still stuck at NVC though. so we want to find out from NVC if and when they will ship the case files

Mine is at the NVC since beginning of April

the embassy needs to request it from the NVC
