Hi i think i got alot of evidence, i was able to get one letter.

It is difficult to get another letter because everyone i asked do not want to do a letter stating when they were born and contact info.

So would one letter be ok. I got a sister in law who is 15 and she is willing to do the letter, I want to know is it ok for her to do a letter at her age for me?

This is all the evidence i got so far.

So i am just waiting for a second letter or if it is ok to submit..

• 1 original letters written and notarized by U.S. citizen relative, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

• Copies of bank statements with computer screenshots showing the acct as joint

• Copies of envelopes addressed to either or both us at the same address.

• Copies of utility bills to either of us at the same address.

• Transcript copies on 2005 and 2006 joint US tax returns.

• Copy of recent statement for hhgregg joint account

• Copy of a check with both of our names from the joint acct

• Copies of various car insurance notices.

• Copy of a print out showing that <wifename> is the beneficiary.

• Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.

• Copy of house deed showing joint ownership.

• Copy of our visa cards showing a joint account.

• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.

• Copy of our hhgregg cards on a joint account.

• Copies of statements for loans showing car and house payments billed to both of us.

• Copy of both of our pay stubs.

Is this enough evidence with one letter or what do you guys suggest?

Thanks

the list looks good....

if you read the instructions carefully the letters are not a necessity just a suggestion ... so I wouldn't worry about only having one letter...

The documents should cover, but not limited to,the following examples:

*Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to the marriage.

*Lease or mortgage contracts showing joint occupancy and/or ownership of your communal residence.

*Financial records showing joint ownership of assets and joint responsibility for liabilities, such as joint savings and checking accounts, joint federal and state tax returns, insurance policies that show the other spouse as the beneficiary, joint utility bills, joint installments or other loans.

*Other documents you consider relevant to establish that your marriage was not entered into in order to evade the U.S. immigration l

*Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship.

I didn't submit any letters and my case was approved with no problems...

and remember to include a photocopy of the front and back of your green card.. I almost forgot to do that...
