need info on EAD renewal she came on k1 visa

sect. 2. 21b.-- it asks for most recent passport number, ( she has since gotten new passport because of marriage name change) put new one?

sect. 2. 21.c. travel document number if any(  she has 1-94 and passport only)

sect2 . 27 category we know its c9 but there is 3 boxes for entry put c9 and leave last box empty?

sect. 2. 21b.-- I would put most recent passport number, since that's what it's asking for. Include a copy of the new passport info page.

 

sect. 2. 21.c - Write 'None.'

 

sect2 . 27 - c9. Leave last box empty.
