late april filers or ayone with advise

Timeline

ok as you can see its been a loooooooooong time with no word. we have recieved absolutely nothing. still the only thing we know it got to mesquite. not if it got to CSC, not if the money order was cashed. nada. sugestions? others who filed around that time got their NOA1? sweet words to make me feel better? all is welcome!

I'm in exactly the same position as you! filed on the 27th april, paid by money order, and have heard nothing whatsoever.

this sucks :(

Hi there!

We sent it on 27th April too, and NOA1 on 8th may, touched 10th may, touched 12th june (after calling them). Definitelly call them to find out.

Application was sent to texas, trensferred to CSC.

March 5, 2008 - AP I-131 - approval sent

March 11, 2008 - AP received with wrong date of birth

March 12, 2008 - applying again for AP

March 18, 2008 - Biometrics Appointment Tampa (for I-485 & I-765)

March 21, 2008 - EAD Card Production Ordered

March 25, 2008 - EAD Approval Notice sent

April 23, 2008 - AOS Card Production Ordered

April 23, 2008 - Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident

April 29, 2008 - Received GREEN CARD

Sept 21, 2009 - Divorce

Dec 9, 2009 - I left USA to go back home

We also sent it to the Texas Service Center around April 27th and still nothing for us. I'm also a little concerend as we didn't realise that we needed the statements of intent to be sent with the I 129-F.

1999 - Met on Yahoo chat service

1999 - Fell in love

1999 - 2005 - Continued talking on a daily basis

2004 - T applied for student visa for semester of study in US

Jan 2005 - T flew to States to begin course

March 2005 - T flew to CA. D picked up at airport. Finally met in person!

April 2005 - T flies back to University

April 2005 - D flies out to be with T

May 2005 - Both fly back to CA and begin living together

Sept 2005 - T flies back to UK to resume studies

Oct 2005 - D flies out to UK to be with T - Decide we want to get married!!!

April 2006 - D and T move to Ireland

March 2007 - We download paperwork for I 129-F

April 2007 - Send off forms to Texas Service Center

June 2007 - Still waiting to hear back

July 2007 - Still waiting to hear anything AT ALL! Very angry

7th July 2007 - We called the USCIS and were given our receipt number. We also signed up for the USCIS online service. Learned that our petition arrived on May 15th and last action was May 25th 2007 - Much happier

4th October 2007 - Petition Approved!!!!!!

24 April 2008 - Interview at US Embassy Dublin

17 June 2008 - Arrived back in US together

10th SEPTEMBER 2008 - MARRIED!!!!!

well we called and our case is already pending at CSC! the guy was really friendly (thomas put him on speaker) and also send a message to CSC that we havent gotten our NOA1 yet. So we got our case number and i set myself up online. yay, finally some good news! :thumbs:

It seems to be a hit or miss with the NOA1's. We sent our K1 petition to TSC in late April, it was then forwarded to CSC. We received NOA1 about 10 days later as can be seen by our timeline below. Good luck to all and I hope everyone will receive a fast aproval.

12/30/2005 Visited Philippines for a Friends wedding and met Marife

06/04/2006 Made another trip to see my beautiful Marife!

01/27/2007 Visited Marife.....Proposed and she said YES!!

04/28/2007 Sent I-129F to TSC.....and the VJ begins

05/08/2007 Received NOA1 From CSC

09/10/2007 K1 Petition Approved!!!!

09/11/2007 (NOA2) K1 Petition Approval Received via email!!!

09/14/2007 (NOA2) K1 Petition Approval Received via postal mail!!!
