N-400 September 2020 Filers

Had my interview yesterday and passed.  So happy.  It went smooth, took 30 minutes in and out.  Answered 6 civic questions, then reading and writing questions, and the yes/no questions.  My oath was scheduled next week.  Finally, this journey is almost over.  Good luck everyone!

Had my interview this morning.  It went smoothly.  Officer was quite stern when speaking to me, but had lots of chit chat with my attorney which I think helped lighten the mood.  He approved my application, however, due to two previous arrests (DUI in 2007, charges dropped and driving with expired license > 6 months in 2013) he said he needed to have my file approved by a supervisor before he could schedule me for the oath ceremony.  He said it should be no more than 24 hours and "should" be no problem.  I just checked MyUSCIS account and it already shows this.  Hopefully this means it was already approved.  I will finally breathe a sigh of relief once I get the official letter for the oath ceremony.  Almost there!

Received texts and emails last night that action was taken on my case.  Logged into MyUSCIS and see the oath ceremony scheduled form under the documents tab.  Ceremony will be 7/23.  I updated the sheet with my info

Did anyone have luck rescheduling an interview? After waiting for what seemed like forever. I finally got my interview letter last night for August 13th. Problem is that it's smack dab in the middle of my vacation trip overseas. Can't really afford to change my ticket.

 

If you have had luck, how far out was your reschedule?

I have the same situation, many people told me don't reschedule, and based on what I read its better to keep it as is.

I rescheduled my travel plans, but again the oath is also another unknown step of the process.

Some people have been offered same day oath, while some have been told to wait for a date.

 

Keep your interview, most probably your new interview will be 6 months later.

just checked  Still  9 months ...  Haven't heard anything after  biometric reuse notice....  Any uptades     NJ filers  ?

My interview is on July 30th,

But the Estimated time Until Decision still shows 13 months!!!

9 Months here to, but reading everybody's comments I guess it's not super accurate..... 

 

Filling date is September 18th for me, local office is Newark,NJ

NJ filer here. Sept 12 online, local office Newark. No updates since bio reuse.
