Thanks a lot for your tips. Some questions have many answers. I am confused that Do we have to memorize all the answers or just one is enough?

Honestly, one should be enough. But once you're studying so much, you'll memorize more-- that's what I've noticed over the course of the past months. Make sure to download the USCIS Civics app!

So we can call USCIS to get a status update on the case? Is there anything specific that you had to ask?

Congratulations!!

Can I ask when did you get notified about the interview date? Like did you have atheist a month headsup.

Deciding how long should I book my out of country trip. Thanks.

I got notified at least a month before the interview, but don't get my word on it because not everyone's case is the same.

I would suggest waiting until you've got everything settled with immigration before going out of the country or even deciding which date you want to travel. You don't want to get your hopes up and be disappointed in the end. USCIS, I think, is randomly approving applicants. Just saying. Good luck though! I hope you get your interview soon!

Hey, yeah could be. Did they say to bring your spouse? It would be a good idea from what I've heard

I purposely asked my husband to come with me to my interview last December,  even though the letter did not mention it, for various reasons. First, just in case the interviewer wanted to ask something from him. Second, for comfort, just the thought of being alone going there freaks me out. Thirdly, he’s the US Citizen so it's a good idea to be there and prove that you're not doing this on your own.

Me and my husband were so glad he came with me because he got interviewed too! We had no idea! Before they proceed to the N-400 interview, they must approve the pending I-751.

So yes, take your spouse with you on your interview! I wonder what happens when your spouse (US Citizen) is not present?

Hey how did your interview go? How long was the interview? My interview is coming up on Feb 11 and I am also super excited and super nervous at the same time. What documents did you take with you? Thanks in advance !

The interview was pretty painless. The interview took about 25 minutes.

I took my green card, tax receipts ( I had a very unique and a specific case where I had to take it), speeding ticket receipt, the interview letter, my wife's birth certificate, our marriage certificate.

I wish you all the very best for your interview.

HI thanks for sharing. May I ask what questions did they ask your husband at the interview? Did they interview him separately or with you?

Yeah I've seen this happen. People with a pending i751 are scheduled for just an n400 interview. But on the interview day it turns into a combo interview.

But the spouse has to be there for the i751. Then they can't even approve the n400 until the i751 is approved.

So yeah if you have a pending i751 always bring your spouse to the n400 interview, even if the letter says not to

I have my interview today at the Columbus Ohio field office. I was recommended for approval!

Very relaxed atmosphere at this office, and the officer interviewing me was wonderful. I had actually met her before when I went in for a stamp a few years ago. The total interview time was about 15 minutes, and that included a significant amount of small talk.

Columbus does not do same day oaths, and she said that they are pretty backed up right now because of COVID. She said that I may have to wait a few months before taking the oath.
