i submitted my N400 at the end of June 2020, status kept showing estimated case completion December 2020 (which i was thought sounded too good to be true). end of October got my letter with interview scheduled for December 7th.  passed the interview and test, the officer told me the Oath Ceremony scheduling is a little extended now because of Covid, his guess was February-March. but at least the hard part is over and now its just a matter of waiting for the Oath Ceremony. 

Not sure if I am going to believe it is accurate at all. It have been stuck at February since end of September without any updates on my case. I called a PA senator, filed a service request over the phone and sent a message to the USCIS through my online account without luck. 
The reason I did all of that is that my local office have been scheduling interviews for others but haven’t touched my application yet!!

I also got a NOA saying that USCIS is able to reuse my previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics - it's not much, but I'm glad to know things are moving along.

I filed mine on Sept 27  and haven't even received biometrics appointment. I filed under 5 year rule and my local office is Louisville KY. Let me know if you have any recommendations.

We just noticed husband’s biometric reuse letter dated 12/10/2020. Our field office is Phoenix AZ.  We filed 09/18/2020. We never received any email notification. Someone else from October filers group updated timeline and it was similars to ours so that is why we checked.

Hey guys! 
i have a quick question, anyone in Montgomery,Alabama field office?

i filed on sep 14th and then literally nothing since i got my NOA on same day, nothing on background check/biometrics and nothing about the interview. It’s been 90 days and am pretty frustrated that no action at all is happening.

any advice?

Hello Everyone! Just passed the interview today! It was so quick and easy. Took about 30 minutes more or less, since the appointment time until the interview was over. The interview was virtual. My local office is Jacksonville, FL. Oath taking will be a month from now, which is before my birthday! Best birthday gift ever!

 

Anyway, good luck to everyone who's still waiting for their interviews. I hope It'll come soon.

Virtual interview means the interview took place through the ipad they have, not in person. Kind of like virtual doctors visit. Lol. That was new to me! Although, the interviewer guided us in to the room.

I got an email stating “We have taken an action on your case and it needs your attention”. I signed in and I didn’t see anything. Is that normal?

Ha ok not heard of that one!

 

The same person who took you to the room then went to a different room and talked via iPad?
