My lawyer is not really helping . After i send the packet is their a link or something I can check to get maybe a priority number or status update or anything ? Have anybody have any luck with getting a EAD approval recently ? My lawyer said another one of her clients call congress about it and had an approval within a week.  Have anyone tried that ?

Do you have your receipts? One for I-485, One for i-765, One for I-131 (if they filed it.) You can use case numbers to track online at uscis.gov

N400

12/06/2014: Package filed

12/31/2014: Fingerprinted

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

05/22/2015: Oath Ceremony

Looks like it has only been a month since you filed your EAD can take many months. AOS may take a year or more depending on your local office check out https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Have you gotten any receipts from filling yet?

No , I guess I’m looking for a receipt to say that or at least follow on line

You should have gotten a receipt for each of the documents you filed. Did they cash or check/ charge your credit card or user your money order yet?
