Hi guys, 

Regarding the DS260 for the immigrant visa am doing for my mother , the applicant should list all the sons/daughters  informations too, how about the one that are not live anymore?

Timeline

yes,  all,  when immigration says all ,  means all/ the addresses of the kids will tell them they don't live with her and their ages

when deceased , you put that and date of the death (and so sorry for this loss)

this is expecially important if mother becomes citizen at a later date and wants to do application for any of them

Hi  jeanne and adil, thank you for the quick response! is it not good that if one the kids still live with her? I guess she live with her son now after he got married .

Not good for whom? USCIS and DOS are not there to judge our family living arrangements.

They are thinking as Moroccans do that it is good one child still lives with the mom and /or dad to care for them (financially supporting them)

especailly good if it is a man child and marries a moroccan woman who will help in the care in their old age

and this man intends to bring mother here to do just that (live with him)
