what a freaking joke the people at USCIS are..

i filed before you and they received my RFE for i-944 in December, and my case still shows "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"

still no biometrics or EAD. cases should be done in the order they were received.

the low IQ idiots at USCIS are most likely doing newer received cases before  doing the older ones.. if someone has an IQ of a peanut, they are automatically qualify as a USCIS agent. Smart people arent hired by these agencies

the US government and all of their agencies and employees are complete failures. no wonder the world is laughing at us..

hell, look at our economy.. it's in complete shambles, along with the $28 trillion national debt...

Ik its stressful but calm down , don’t have to disrespect them. Try calling them and inquire

to get to a agent fast say “technical issue” each time the automated voice responds and u will be pushed to an agent.

Interview this morning. It went fine but the officer complained about the lack of financial evidence - one joint account with multiple transactions since the marriage isn't enough? - and said itd go to review not approved on the spot.

Got out and checked online and said "new card is being produced" soooooo that's it! Will write a review later :)

Hey friends,

My i485 has been a mess didnt even get an update to fingerprints taken yet did it twice my first prints were not clear in January (I have bad hand excema) had to take it again mid March and I still haven’t got an update that my prints have been taken.

I recently got my first update on my travel document to “The appellate authority approved your appeal and mailed you a decision.” This morning is that how things are suppose to go?  I’m so confused because I didn’t appeal anything  nor was their a decision posted prior that required an appeal,  is the travel document considered an appeal?

Someone please help me and give me some

direction!

hi y'all - to provide an update, especially for frustrated lurkers. After 8 months, still no appointment for biometrics (K1 visa). Just patiently waiting for any update...

Similar situation here. I sent in the RFE on 1/25 and have not heard anything from USCIS since. I filed a service request 25 days ago and gonna give them a call on Friday. Fingers crossed for some good news.
