It’s a system error. A lot of people have been getting the error since morning, hopefully it gets fixed soon. 
 

But the Case Tracker and Lawfully are updating.

Seems like it’s a Happy Friday for most, myself included. EAD card being produced as of today! Did my bio 2/9. Full timeline in signature for reference.

10/4/20 — personal checks taken out

10/6/20 — received 4 texts application received with receipt # (i130/i485/i765/i131)

10/14/20 — received 4 NOA in mail

12/21/20 — received email notification for RFE for i-944

1/19/21 — called USCIS, biometrics scheduled + notice sent out on 1/15

1/23/21 — received biometrics letter in mail 

1/24/21 — sent i-944 RFE via UPS w/ signature confirmation

2/9/21 — biometrics appointment 

2/19/21 — new card being produced (I-765)

Yes we do file I-131. 

I saw in August filers that EAD and AP comes as a combo. So if EAD is approved so is AP. 

But no update on my AP.

Another update from USCIS

Case approved for I-131 and I-765.

Praise the Lord. 

Hopefully SSN next. 

No update for my K2 though. He only received scheduled for Interview for his I -485.

That is awesome 👏 I heard some states interview before EAD, got friends in Chicago and Michigan that went through that timeline.

I don't know the date yet but if it's in a month EAD/AP won't be necessary! My AP and i130 are still on "case was received"

my state, Tennessee, is an example. I know a lot of people here waiting for biometric on average 7-8 months, and then 2 months later after bio they got greencard interview before EAD

Biometric done today. Our status still on Case Was Received. Any idea when its gonna change? State is MN.

next step is interview schedule and combo cards right? 😃
