Case update today to "Response to RFE received". They begin working on our case again. Hope to see progress for EAD and AP for both K1 and K2. 

I filed my wife's I-131 separately from the I-485, but I was also trying to get the I-131 expedited for an Advance Parole so she could travel (family emergency). It just got completed today (check my timeline) , but it took several tries over the last couple of months to discuss things with the right person. Specifically it took a USCIS callback and discussion with a Tier 2.

 

So based on my own experience and what I've read in other threads in VJ, anybody who's trying to expedite their AP or EAD/AP combo card needs to justify it and be prepared to provide evidence. I'm guessing for the EAD, the common reason is a job offer letter.

I received my combo card last week after requesting the expedite processing (job offer). My priority date is September 24, 2020. I have my biometric taken on Jan 11, 2021 and I haven't received any RFE. There is more information on my timeline if needed.

Congratulations. Wow. Only few September filers received their EAD and AP card and Interview. Hoping to received ours soon.

Yes we did. We sent out our RFE January 26. Update shows RFE was received on January 28.

Yes we did. We are enrolled in my husband's insurance. Me and my son. We print everything from coverage and policy.

For RFIE for 944  I’m doing for my mom(beneficiary) in the members of household section,

my mom lives with me and in lease  BUT

1.she has never listed me on her taxes,

2.never added me as a dependent on her taxes

Should I still add myself on her 944 as a member of the household or should it just be her?

Called Social security today as haven't received card. They have no record of application from USCIS 😠 so,since all office are closed due to pandemic to in person, we have to mail his passport and EAD with Ssn application and wait another 3 weeks😒
