Hi all.  For the I-944, under the Household Assets section, there is a Current Cash Value and Total.  It looks like the Current Cash Value is taken into account in the Total field.  So I'm inclined on putting zero in the Current Cash Value field so the Total doesn't double count all my assets.  I did this because I listed all my assets in the fields provided already....so the Total is calculating everything correctly.

 

Am I doing this right?  Can anyone confirm?  Thank you!

Awesome! How long after biometrics did it take to get produced ?

 

I was due for my biometrics on 01/20 but they all closed the offices, now rescheduled for 02/09 thankfully not a long wait !

If you look at the EAD timelines on this site, it looks like *most* people get their EAD approved within 1-2 months after biometrics are complete, regardless of their initial PD: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/eadlist.php?cfl=&op5=4,7,11,12

I got my biometrics notice in the mail today! 

Scheduled for 02/12, code 3. No status update or email from my USCIS online account, just the paper notice as a surprise.

Same, no status updates. I even spoke to two agents on separate occasions who said that my biometrics hasn't been re-scheduled yet and I received an appointment notice that same day lol. system must be slow.

Send out our RFE I-944 last Monday and expecting USCIS will received it later today. 

We had bio November 10, 2020 and it's been 2 months after still no updates on our EAD and AP. But I'm keeping my hopes up. Hopefully when USCIS received our I-944 everything will move again. (Praying 🙏).

We also had our Biometrics on November 10, 2020.  The USCIS should be receiving our I-944 package today.  I'm hoping the RFE doesn't slow the process when it comes to EAD and AP.  Would prefer if they were on their own time table separate of the I-485.  We'll soon see!!

Case update today to "Response to RFE received". They begin working on our case again. Hope to see progress for EAD and AP for both K1 and K2.

Received biometrics appointment letter today.  I guess this isn't a 'your case is scheduled for an interview' status update (I'm still under RFE received).

 

Is it normal that the biometrics appointment is for BOTH the I485 AOS AND the I765 EAD?  I assume it is, as it makes sense...however I've only been through the EAD process before a number of years ago on a different visa.

 

I'm super glad to have finally seen this.

Got my biometrics notice after exactly 4 months for Feb 17 . Filed the i-485 on Sep 29. Local ASC is Houston, TX.

Same date of biometrics here! I’ve got the notice in mail yesterday, no message though, just letter.
