Hi! I will be filing AOS this month as well - do you mind sharing what you included as your note about the I-944?

That's great news about not having to file this form - there's so many already! Thanks for your time :)

I just included this note on my cover page:

Please note: I have not included the Declaration of Self-Sufficiency (I-944) form as the Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds Final Rule has been paused as of July 29, 2020. As per USCIS update on the Injunction of the Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds Final Rule found on https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge/injunction-of-the-inadmissibility-on-public-charge-grounds-final-rule “Applicants and petitioners whose applications or petitions are postmarked on or after July 29, 2020, should not include the Form I-944” (USCIS, 2020).

Just submit your DS-3025 with your AOS, you'll be good. No I-693 needed if you had ALL your required  shots and it was less than one year ago!

Okay wow really??!! That's a huge time saver! Yes I had my medical in March and the doctor checked "K Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements" on the DS-3025 sheet. Thanks so much!

Also did you "completely fill out" the applications by putting N/A everywhere else that isn't applicable to you or did you leave those blank and only any questions that were applicable? Getting the crazies now!

I did n/a’s For the blatantly obvious boxes. Four pages that I did not need to fill out at all I just left it blank

You’re giving me hope that things move a little quickly. Mine was received on September 3 and not a peep yet

I hope we get ours off in time. We have almost completed the package.

You are leaving little room for error. Hopefully you'll  be ok but time is passing quickly!

Oh fabulous… I hope that they backdate things so that anything postmarked before now is not affected

I didn’t even think of doing this and I wish I had

I'm looking at the checklist of evidence to supply when submitting the AOS packet. For Form I-485 when it says to supply 'proof that you have continuously maintained a lawful status since arriving in the US' - what would I provide there? Or does that not apply for me? (Adjusting from entry on K Visa and then marriage)
