Hey there thanks for sharing,

I applied online to have a copy sent to me but it says they will get back to me and it can   take up to a month to receive it.

What did you do if you don’t mind me asking? Online or did you call in?

how do I reach a tier 2 agent?

Call the number, keep saying "technical issue" until it reaches a real person, then tell them what you need. If the Tier 1 agent (the one that picks up) can't or won't do it, ask them to put in a call back request for a Tier 2 agent. The call back will come anytime within the next week or two after that, from a number that they tell you. That person will definitely be able to send it to you.

The requests that you can send online either take forever or just get ignored, I'm not sure which. But it doesn't do anything.

Hey guys,

Like many of you I finally got my RFE in the mail and have to fill out the i-944 and I am not quite sure all that is required.

I don't have a credit score nor do I have a social security number, what can I do about that?

I do have health insurance, does anyone have a list or template I can follow to put this document together?

Do I have to provide my university/high school dipolma ? or would just my university diploma suffice?

I breifly skimmed through the form but I noted that they ask for proof regarding your level in English, how would I provide

that? I'm from Canada born and raised so of course I speak English, how would I provide proof of that?

Sorry if I come off as clueless, I really am I don't know how I missed such an important document when filling my AOS I

swear I double checked everything smh!

Hello there. I don't have SSN too. I get my credit report stating that they can't find any reports from TransUnion. I send them a letter and I tried reaching them in Facebook. They reply thru Facebook and send me a letter thru mail.

Send your college/university degree transcripts for evaluation. The USCIS provides institution for that.

And for English speaking course just put N/A if not applicable. I'm from Philippines and don't have English course. So I just put N/A. Don't overstress yourself. Theres a lot of help here in VJ.

Congratulations Eric. That's wonderful to hear. We are still waiting for the credential evaluation to come by Wednesday and we could send the RFE. Can't wait to update my timeline as well

Finally received Request for Initial Evidence Notification on MyUSCIS today. I assume it's for I-944.

Does anyone know if they will accept bank statements, and credit reports that are dated 2020 September? (I prepared the supporting documents last September in anticipation of the request). I just want to send the I-944 and supporting documents to them as soon as possible and don't want to wait to get a new credit report.

Thanks in advance for the help.

From what I have seen other people do and from what I was told by my lawyers is that they want you to send them the most recent statements and credit reports so it would need to be dated either December 2020 or January 2021 whenever you send it unfortunately. I am in the same boat. I haven't gotten an RFE yet but every month I update my documents expecting to receive one.
