Hello guys,

Just a quick question for I-944. How to get credit score and report without your SSN. I don't have my SSN yet.

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you

Before we got married, I had my then fiance added as an authorized user on my credit card. That alone was enough to put her on TransUnion's radar. I was able to chat with a live representative (800-813-5604) and explain why I needed a credit score and report. It seems to be something you can get for free, and I got it in the mail about a week later.

Thank you for that info. I'll try that TransUnion today.

I'm sorry. I just tried it and got an error as well. I guess that's why others wait for Transunion now.

Anyone else with a Sept 30 receipt date that is still waiting for biometrics? My LFO is Salt Lake City. Getting a bit anxious about not getting a letter for bio yet!

No biometrics here either and I got the RFE for the I-944 a couple of weeks ago. I also tried calling USCIS and even with service tickets raised there has not been any response.

Pd 9/11 and nothing here.

They’re definitely moving at a slower pace and many are in the same boat, so dont feel like it’s only your case :). If you didn’t file with I-944, you’ll likely get an RFE soon, many of us already have. Or, there’s the chance you could get lucky and not get one. In terms of biometrics, I believe from this thread and our WhatsApp group, many are still waiting including myself (PD 9/21). With the holidays and all, I wasn’t banking on getting an appt. Some August filers have yet to receive biometrics, too. Hopefully better news for all of us in 2021!

9/14/20 — marriage AOS sent with USPS

9/21/20 — package received and signed for

10/4/20 — personal checks taken out

10/6/20 — received 4 texts application received with receipt # (i130/i485/i765/i131)

10/14/20 — received 4 NOA in mail

12/21/20 — received email notification for RFE for i-944

1/19/21 — called USCIS, biometrics scheduled + notice sent out on 1/15

1/23/21 — received biometrics letter in mail

1/24/21 — sent i-944 RFE via UPS w/ signature confirmation

1/28/21 —  RFE received and USCIS continued to work on case

2/9/21 — biometrics taken

2/19/21 — new card being produced (I-765).... case ready to be scheduled for interview (I-485)

2/22/21  AP+EAD changed to "case was approved".... I-485 changed to interview was scheduled

Just got both I-693 deficiency letters in the mail. Scared the livin’ love out of me since the paper was red-purple and not the usual yellow everyone reports. Either way, same information, indicating not to mail anything and just take them to the interview.

It's for the medical, right? When did your parents had their medical in your country before coming to the US?

We still gathering our supporting documents for the I-944.  Hopefully later this month we will send it.

You're almost going to have the schedule for interview. Goodluck

I am also gathering supporting documents, but the letter says if part of the supporting documents are submitted that is what will be used to determine if you’d be a public charge.

So my point is, I really don’t have all docs, I would love to submit WES translated transcripts, Credit Score, Tax transcripts (I’ve been hustling as 1099 and pay my taxes regularly), and IT certifications I have achieved in the past and present (I am a tech guy)

For healthcare I do not have one and do not intend purchasing any private insurance. I hope this could prove that I am employable and would not be a public charge.
