Mine was received on Sept 29 without I-944. Haven't received the RFE yet but I am hoping I get it as soon as possible hopefully next week.

Hi! Many people here have experienced to get credit report as supporting document for i-944 form (public charge)?

How long did it take normally you to get credit report from Equifax, Experian or TransUnion?

I believe you can just get it from Annual credit report.com within minutes

Let’s hope so, nothing on my end. 

9/14/20 — marriage AOS sent with USPS

9/21/20 — package received and signed for

10/4/20 — personal checks taken out

10/6/20 — received 4 texts application received with receipt # (i130/i485/i765/i131)

10/14/20 — received 4 NOA in mail

12/21/20 — received email notification for RFE for i-944

1/19/21 — called USCIS, biometrics scheduled + notice sent out on 1/15

1/23/21 — received biometrics letter in mail 

1/24/21 — sent i-944 RFE via UPS w/ signature confirmation

1/28/21 —  RFE received and USCIS continued to work on case

2/9/21 — biometrics taken 

2/19/21 — new card being produced (I-765).... case ready to be scheduled for interview (I-485)

2/22/21 — AP+EAD changed to "case was approved".... I-485 changed to interview was scheduled

Has anyone had the same happen to them?

Few pages earlier there was few people saying they got the RFE as well. Some August filers got the same- it is required now.

Checked the USCIS site for the AOS and it said RFE was mailed out three days ago. I'm assuming this is the public charge thing? My husband is on my health insurance from my work. What else do they ask for on the public charge RFE?

Did you include the I-944 form in your package? If not- your RFE is most likely to file this form- it’s taking some time to prepare.
