Great to see folks get the Biometrics notice!
What would be the best method to receive an update on when we may receive our Biometrics appointment information?

Have you tried to check your case online? Guess that's the best way to kept tract of your case.

Hello everyone. I'm a September Filer. PD 9/21/20

Had our biometrics taken last November 10. Still no sign of RFE for I-944. Do you think we will be getting an RFE anytime soon?

I know some had their RFE and no biometrics schedule.

Anyone has the same case like us? We are K1 and K2.

Happy Thanksgiving 🥰

One thing I did notice about the notice is that my wife’s son got two notice and my wife only got one. Is that normal? They both had a notice that had I-485 and I-765 on the notice and her son had a notice with just I-485 on the notice. Should she have the 2nd notice as well?

Anyone have any answers to this question?

One thing I have noticed at least for September filers is that more K-1 applicants have gotten their Bio taken. People who are adjusting status based on marriage are having to wait longer.

Still no biometrics or RFE here, and we're at an ASC that's typically relatively fast (Honolulu). No response to a service request that we filed a month ago (even though it was supposed to get a response by last week). Tier 2 service agent said that we needed to wait until the 90 day mark, then call back to have them send a message to the ASC directly. Per other threads, I don't expect that to make a difference, though.

Wow 90days? Thats a long time to wait. But this December is going to be 3months from September. So let's hang on.

2years? Seriously? This pandemic brought us alot of delays. I applied back in September and had our biometrics nov.10. Now I'm waiting for an RFE for I-944 if ever they ask me. So far no changes in my petition since we had our biometrics taken. It's just waiting and waiting game again.
