My full name is A B C but when I printed i-94 out, my first name was missing (appeared like B C in i-94). When filling i-485 form, my attorney put "B C" in the section "other names, aliens......" , I am not sure if it is appropriate?
Thank you!

The I94 usually  uses  names  A and C only, why I don't  know.

If the name on  the I-94 doesn't match the Passport/Visa you have to contact CBP to get it fixed.

My attorney filed it already. He said a lot of people have been in the same situation as me. My friend told CBP get her name fixed right in the airport but when she came home and checked it was still the same . Nothing had changed 😂

I filed I-486, I-131, and I-765 on Sept 23rd. I received two receipts for I-486 and I-131, respectively, while I-765 got rejected twice for the outdated form. (going to send it again next week)

Since advance parole and EAD will be on one card (combo card), I have I-131 accepted already. Will the I-765 filed at a later date delayed the processing of my combo card? Or the combo card will follow more or less the I-131 filing date/processing timeline.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Well earlier this week both of my parents' USCIS case status for I-485 was updated to "Request for Initial Evidence sent". I guess we're getting the I-944. I have not gotten anything in the mail, so can't confirm. I'm already translating all the documents either way.

Please let us know what RFIE they are asking.

As expected, we received the RFIE on 11/21/2020. It gave us 87 days to return form i-944 along with all supporting evidence and a copy of all pages of the RFIE letter. We only received one for my mom, my dad’s account was updated to “RFIE sent” a couple of days later so I’m expecting it somewhere next week. I already sent mom’s school credentials to World Education Services here in Milwaukee, so I’m hoping to continue translating the rest of the documents while WES takes care of the evaluation.

One thing I did notice about the notice is that my wife’s son got two notice and my wife only got one. Is that normal? They both had a notice that had I-485 and I-765 on the notice and her son had a notice with just I-485 on the notice. Should she have the 2nd notice as well?

I sent mine in on September 24

We sent on 9/23 I believe. I’m at work now so I don’t have the noa in front of me to see the dates. But it seems like we got them about 3 weeks ago. I’ll look when I get home.
